Suggestion: This may be asking for too much, but I've always found that simple lists for TODO's are limiting. When I create my own lists, they are heirarchical - i.e. tasks are split into subtasks, and they have time estimates and dates associated.
- Build Component Foo (1.5 days)
- 4 hours: Spec the interface
- 4 hours: Write the inferface stub code
- 4 hours: Debug the code and add test cases
- Build Component Bleck (2.5 days)
- 4 hours: Spec the interface
- 2 days: Write the inferface stub code
Again - I realize this is -far- more than a simple todo list... but it's something to think about.

Yes, this is something to think about...
But will put it a little back on priority.
