| Wizard to generate CMP EBs from DB schema | 9 | 1 | That is a nice request too - But since a senior java analyst from sun austria told me to use hibernate instead of CMP Entity Beans i don't think anyone needs this feature - CMP's will vanish in EJB3.0 and will be replaced by some sort of "standardized" hibernate-framework. |

| Support for xDoclet | 17 | 1 | xDoclet is a lovely idea, and when it works it's great - but it's not very robust. Eg it throws out of bounds exceptions rather than telling you it found an xdoclet tag it wasn't expecting. If xdoclet (ever) get that sorted then yeah, great, integrate it. For now my vote is to keep away.
My suggestion (dimc@sourceforgeNOSPAM321.net) is to try the plugin as suggested below. This provides a huge amount of help when you are not sure of the tags/attributes required. |

XDoclet support would be made much easier by exposing the code tree API so that instead of using XJavadoc we could make an implementation based on the IntelliJ internal API. I know this is possible, but at the moment its not "officially" exposed, and there are no docs on it.

Note that XDoclet support would automatically enable IDEA to generate deployment descriptors for a bunch of application servers. So the first option could be considered solved if XDoclet is integrated with IDEA.
We have some preview of what could be done now. KonstantinPribluda? has written a XDocletGUI plugin for IDEA. Download the latest release to check it out.
