What is the latest word on this as of December 2002? There is a lot of potential here. It would be interesting if IntelliJ itself could understand the syntax of aspects in Java code and even more interesting if the AspectJ viewer were somehow integrated. I feel it is so important that I will start working on something in January. We are looking at starting out a new phase of a project using AspectJ. The team will switch from IntelliJ 2.6 to IntelliJ 3.0 starting at the beginning of January. If somebody is already working on a plug-in, please let me know by email (mecoru@monsantoNOSPAM321.com). Otherwise, we will be working on integrating AspectJ any way we can.
